From Nebraska Department of Water, Energy, and Environment, Surface water rights diversions + registered groundwater wells, fetched October 8, 2026. The state's own record is the authority: amounts, owners and status here can lag behind it, and a mapped point of diversion says nothing about which parcel the right serves. This page is not legal advice.
