From Colorado Division of Water Resources (CDSS), Water Rights Net Amounts + Well Application Permits, fetched October 12, 2026. The state's own record is the authority: amounts, owners and status here can lag behind it, and a mapped point of diversion says nothing about which parcel the right serves.
